<img role= About me:

My name is Sasha Raskin. I’m a Number 1 Best Selling Co-Author in 12 Countries, a Doctoral student in Counseling Education and Supervision, a business coach, an adhd coach, a couples therapist and an adjunct faculty at a graduate counseling program at Naropa University.

One of the things I’m enjoying the most is helping other therapists and coaches build their successful private practice so that they could actually help the clients they were taught to help, and thrive themselves. I’m almost always fully booked, so my ability to work with individuals is limited. That is why I’ve created this program to deliver powerful results and create a community where you will feel supported by each other!

This program’s primary goal is to help you build a 6 figure private practice, in a fun and authentic way. Counselors and coaches invest an incredible amount of time, money, and effort into building their helping skills. However, when their training ends, they usually find themselves lacking the business skills that are needed to start and run a successful private practice, feel isolated, discouraged and not knowing where to start.

I believe that to be truly helpful to others, therapists and coaches have to learn to thrive themselves and definitely know how to get clients whom they can help.

This is where this program comes in. If you’re willing to learn and work hard, a 6-figure private practice is within your reach in a year – 2 years. This program will give you a clear outline, and detailed instructions on how to get there.

What’s The Best Life Coaching Niche For Me?

Hey. Today I want to talk about something very important which is life coaching niches. If you’re a life coach you’re probably wondering about, “Well, what’s the best life coaching niche for me,” right? For probably for many reasons, one of them is you want to make sure that you’re marketing is the best it can be and you want it to be a profitable niche as well.

And another big one, probably in every book that you’ll read about marketing your business you will find one of the first chapters would be around your niche, finding your profitable niche. And there’s a trap, potential trap with that.

When I work with different coaches and therapists, counselors in the six figure practice program or individually, building their business, I see that people can potentially get really stuck on choosing their niche, which is a problem. You need to start getting clients as soon as possible, and if you are stuck in any of the different stages of building your business you’re just preventing yourself from going there, right?

So I want to use an example today, for my own coaching business. Yes, it is important to figure out your population, right? Not necessarily as demographics, men in their 30’s who want to move to a different country – that’s not going to do you any good, you’re going to lose a lot of audience. And it’s not really about who the people are, right? It’s about what can you help them with. So that’s a more quality question to ask.

Also, sometimes you, well, pretty much always you are going to be told by those authors or different programs that you have to choose one specific thing, right? Just one niche to focus on and otherwise you’re going to lose clients, the whole idea of jack of all trades, master of none. But what if you want to work with more people? What if you don’t want to limit yourself? What if you don’t actually know, maybe you’re just starting out and you’re not sure who is your perfect client.

So a great guideline is to look in the mirror and your perfect client would be looking back at you. So if you’re already to some extent at least work through some of the challenges that you’re helping with, you can be the person that knows the road ahead. Many times in different coaching schools you might get, especially in the beginners training, you will get told the client has all the answers, which is true and not true. If you already know ahead and you can add a little bit of that maybe consulting piece into your coaching and maybe some of the guidance, okay, those are the options, right? And knowing the road ahead, it can actually be very helpful for your client.

Not making the choices for them, but saying, “Yeah, if you want to scale from six figures to seven figures, and that’s what you want to create in business coaching, you need to start developing at it,” right? So that would be helpful for the person to focus on because that’s what’s needed, right? And it can be based on your experience.

So thinking about a niche can be easier if you start instead focusing on your perfect client. What types of challenges can you actually help them with, right? And you actually already help yourself potentially with or other clients. And also thinking about who’s your perfect client. If kind of the idea of be careful for what you wish for because it might come true, if you fill your business with those types of clients who are the people that you would be most excited to work with, right? Because that’s your zone of genius.

There is a different coach for a different person, always, right? You won’t be the best fit. And usually if you work with clients you’re not excited to work with, it wouldn’t feel like a good fit for both of you, for your client as well. So make sure you start thinking about who are you most excited to work with.

Now let’s talk about different life coaching niches. The biggest ones that exist are just life coaching, general life coaching, executive coaching, working with C-suite executives, helping them navigating the corporate world and organizations, kind of holding both the tension of working with their own boss and the team members that they guide, right? I’m kind of sometimes being stuck; it’s very lonely in the top, sometimes feeling like an impostor. So those are the areas that you work within executive coaching.

Going back to the life coaching real quick, those are … it actually is an umbrella term that can feed everything in it, you can have health, relationships, family, life balance, leisure time, some passion projects that someone wants to work with, health – all of this can fit into life coaching.

Business coaching, pretty self-explanatory. My business coaching clients usually either already have a business and wants to scale it or improve it, or they are in some sort of a crisis and they want to create changes, or they’re switching from being an employee to starting their own business and all the mindset shifts and all the logistics that go into it.

Career coaching, there is some overlap with business coaching in that since business is in a way a career, right? Usually my career coaching clients want to take the next step in their careers or they want to change a career, so a lot of people with either a second career or moving from maybe master’s program or finishing college and thinking, “Well, how can I find a job? How can I get promotion? How can I get a higher rank job?” The majority of my clients in career coaching do not feel satisfied in their careers, maybe they already created some success that they’re just not happy because they’re just in a different place.

And you have … you also have health and wellness coaching, well, how do you actually create the nutrition changes, the health changes, the exercise changes that you want in your life. This is very different from personal training though sometimes there is overlap. This is working more with the mindset of how do you actually move forward and create those changes in your life, what stops you, what can you do to start making that happen.

Financial coaching, working with money, right? Money mindset, scarcity mentality, fears about money, stories that you have about what you deserve and don’t deserve. And also very clear kind of psycho education, financial literacy type of stuff – how do you work with money, how do you save, how do you work with credit score, how do you buy a house, how do you get out of debt, how do you do budgeting that works for you? That’s all inside financial coaching.

So those are definitely the biggest areas, you have also probably leadership coaching, there’s a big overlap with that and executive coaching and business coaching, right? This is someone who does leadership, who’s in a leadership position or wants to be – how can they be a more effective leader? So dealing a lot with the fears that come with it and showing powerfully, authentically within that, right?

Now there are specialized coaching areas where you go and you are kind of a deep person to go with that challenge. So as you can see on the right here, for me it’s ADHD coaching – that’s kind of my big niche. And especially the intersection between executive coaching, business coaching and ADHD coaching, I work with a lot of business owners, some incredible people that have achieved a lot in their lives and they’re dealing with the challenges of ADHD. So we can go in real fast, talk about the strategies to deal with it and create some amazing breakthroughs real quick. Worth mentioning I’m also a couples therapist, simply google “marriage counseling boulder“.

Now you’re probably noticing, well, you kind of mentioned a lot, right? And I do have a lot of those life coaching niches on my website, loud and proud, both executive coaching, life coaching, business coaching, career coaching and ADHD coaching.

What I found out that it actually doesn’t stop me from working with any of those niches. People don’t usually feel like this jack of all trades, master of none kind of situation. And I just get to work with different people.

By the way, you can see that also for search engine optimization, marketing and just overall site navigation and content – all those have their own pages, right? So Google will rank my website up higher for … just because I have different pages. So my website gets found much easier since I have those pages.

And let me show you something real quick. So for example, when you look for ADHD coach in Boulder area, right? You will see that I’m after this ad, paid advertising. I’m on the first spot, because I have a separate page for it, right?

So figure out … if I have one advice for you it would be figure out what’s your one thing that you’re most excited with and experiment with other things, right? The reason that I have those here is because I’m very excited about working with different leaders, and life coaching is being searched a lot so I’m not stopping myself from finding life coaching clients when I’m thinking about life coaching niches. I’m incredibly happy about it when I work with business owners, I feel like my positive impact on the world is exponential because they create some amazing businesses that serve a lot of people.

So I hope that this quick overview about different life coaching niches was helpful. If you want to really go deep into it I highly recommend you to look up the six figure practice program and how you can actually create your own thriving life coaching business. And one of the things that we talked about is your perfect client, how do you actually get clear on who your perfect client is and what is the niche you’re going to focus on without getting trapped into the small box or going way, way, way too wide which is a possibility too sometimes, right? And there’s a very clear step-by-step process to do that.

We do … in this program you get everything, literally everything that you need to create a six figure practice within a year to two years. And that includes all the marketing strategies that you need, everything that you need to create a great foundation for your business. And some advanced free advertising strategies, so you won’t have to spend money on advertising forever, right?

We build your website from scratch, we learn how to do Google advertising, we learn how to do podcast, blogs, YouTube channels, how you write copy, like marketing copy that would actually get you clients, how do you do phone consultations with a clear script that converts potential clients to clients. So all this exciting stuff.

By the way, you have 30 days money back guarantee. So it’s kind of a no-brainer. And the pricing is extremely competitive, right? So I’ll see you in the program.

Feel free also to take the free 15-minutes crash course which is for free right now. I probably will take it down in the near future, so make sure you take advantage of it as soon as possible. All the links are in the description. I’ll see you in the program.
